Transformative experience! Ujain yoga studio has become my sanctuary. My whole concept of wellness has a new perspective as it has wanting me to keep going. When I started, I was not so confident. One of the best decision I made is to join for Ujain Yoga class in the last trismester of my pregnancy . Anita chechi has customised all classes according to my need and physical ability and I have been given knowledge regarding all the asanas and stretches. The best yoga studio in Thrissur and I will be surely joining back for my postpartum yoga classes.

Basic Items for Yoga and Meditation

Yoga Mat

A high-quality, non-slip mat is crucial for providing the grip and support needed to safely perform poses. It also cushions your body, especially on hard surfaces.

Comfortable Clothing

Opt for stretchy, breathable clothes that allow full range of motion. Avoid anything too loose that may get in the way during poses.

Water Bottle
