I’ve been attending yoga classes with Anita chechi from Ujjain Yoga, and it has been an amazing experience. She is a fantastic instructor who teaches with such a natural flow, making each session engaging and effective. Her attention to detail in correcting postures and guiding the right breathing techniques has truly made a difference in my practice. Wonderful classes..I would really recommend everyone to join especially those who are stressed and going through a busy life and those who are mentally down..it provides us immense peace and self control..it's been 2 months I have joined yoga class and already have started feeling the results...Anitha mam is really supportive and calm..we can share all our problems with her..she is such a dedicated teacher 😊.

It’s been three months now I have been practicing yoga at Ujain yoga studio with my Instructor Anitha, her patience and dedication have truly transformed my experience. She takes the extra time to understand each individual's needs, tailoring her approach to accommodate specific health challenges,including my own severe lumbar spondylosis.Her ability to provide personalized guidance while correcting our postures has not only built my confidence but has also significantly improved my practice.I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a deeper understanding of their body's requirements.

Basic Items for Yoga and Meditation

Yoga Mat

Comfortable Clothing

Opt for stretchy, breathable clothes that allow full range of motion. Avoid anything too loose that may get in the way during poses.

Water Bottle
